Ordering with Qaseh Gifts

Ordering

1. Orders can be made by phone /e-mail/ Qaseh Gift’s blog

2. A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required upon confirmation of order and the balance paid upon delivery.

3. Deposit cash or transfer funds by Direct Transfer to our Maybank or CIMB account (acct. no will be provide upon confirmation of orders)

4. To ensure you selected gifts will be available, please order early

Delivery Information

1. All items is available for delivery within Klang Valley and service is available for orders more than RM 500.00

a) Delivery in the same building but different floor:

- 1st hamper, follow the above rate

- 2nd hamper onwards, will be charged RM5.00/hamper

b) Different precinct/road in the same area

- 1st hamper, follow the above rate

- 2nd hamper onwards, will be charged RM10.00/hamper

2. Special request orders must be placed at least three working days in advance.

3. Please allow 3 days for delivery arrangement.

4. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the recipient's full address & contact numbers.

5.  Qaseh Gifts reserves the right to reject any order depending on circumstances.

Exchange & Refunds

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Non-acceptance of Order

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
• The product that you have ordered is unavailable in stock
• Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error

Order Cancellation

1. Unless otherwise your order specified for particular products, we will refund your payment to you if you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed.

2. If you decide to cancel your orders 24 hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to delivery, we will deduct 50% from your payment as administrative and cancellation fees. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to you.

3. The full price of the order will be chargeable if the order is already delivered but no recipient or the wrong address was given. There will be a minimal delivery charge of RM 20 (C.O.D) if the order is re-directed to another address as delivery contractors are paid based on per trip per address basis.

*Once your order has been delivered you are not able to cancel your order. We will not refund your payment even if you return the products to us.

Substitution

1. Qaseh Gifts reserves the right to substitute any products that are are of stock with another with equivalent or higher in value.

2. Prices are subject to charge on festive seasons such as Chinese New Year, Christmas, Hari Raya etc

Warranty

1. Goods & Services provided are assured of its intended purposes & reliability.

Damage or Expired

You are required to report damage/expired item in your hamper within 24 hours after you received the hamper. Qaseh Gifts will replace damaged/expired goods/products if the item is damaged by the time it reaches the destination. We will not entertain any request if more than 24 hours after you have received the package.
